Seems HMLA-773 did Arlington Flyover with a AH-1Z Viper and UH-YM Venom chopper in DC area.
P6 got some vid today.. Guess a few of us eyeballed them returning McGuire.Marine choppers sure look different in their light gray colors.

Earlier this evening 1935 local RCH-881 C-17 #00-0181 WV ANG from Andrews into Dover req pax trans and 180k fuel.
Thats about the fuel upload limit on a C-17 :)
2000 local BOBBY-61 KC-46 in from Travis after Alaska Red Flag move req crew trans for 7 and parking.
Radio op sure has UK or Aussie accent.. Exchange crew member or Ex Pat?

Over the years never saw a large fuel truck enter Dover AFB and wondered where they get their fuel from.
Seems they barge it down the Del River from Delaware City refinery or that Paulsboro NJ refinery then offload thru pipelines
to tanks on the base.. Makes sense as fuel trucks for C5's and C-17's would be a constant on the roads :)

Pipeline runs along the road (on the north/west side) coming above ground at a few spots and then ending at the tank farm
Maybe McGuire has same pipeline setup that run all the way from Del river to the base?
Philadelphia airport too course maybe piped directly from Philly refinery.Lots of thirsty aviation customers off the Del river :)
I remember back in school days we got a tour of the then Getty Oil refinery in Del City.. Amazing place but back then some pungent
sulphur smells in some areas. Course that was the mid 70's.. LOL

Falcon Virgo exercises underway with some Civil Air Patrol Cessnas. 150.5625 and 121.5
Might be BLACKJACK helo showing as a TIS-B track heading SE to intercept.
0008- BLACKJACK1 on 260.9 describing the Cessna N382CV inbound to DC. I'm not hearing HUNTRESS.
N505CP is calling out the red, red, green lasers on 150.5625

0024- Sounds like there is now a fighter on 260.9 asking about going into the GUARD DOG CAP.
0026- COSMIC01 at FL140 checking into CAP. 348.725, I hear the controller on 350.25.

CAP2505 with ATC on 125.65 reporting inbound. From Prince Frederick area.
0034- CAP2582 also inbound. BLACKJACK1 committed to intercept it.
A couple medevacs busy south of ADW.
0038- COSMIC now showing as a TIS-B track as it falls in behind CAP2505. East of Brandywine.
0045- Resetting the CAP. COSMICs have 45 minutes remaining, BLACKJACK reported 30 minutes not long ago.
COSMICs using 298.6 as A>A (COM3). Discussing really trying to get the tail number.

The Philadelphia refinery is no longer there. They have completely removed all of the processing equipment and tanks from the facility!!

PHL has two fuel farms that feed the airport along the Delaware River. Both facilities receive their fuel from ships that come up the river.
