The purpose of the Capstone event is to evaluate Service member's preparedness to successfully transition from a military to a civilian career.
or from USCG site
The Capstone is a mandatory component of Transition GPS where commanders, or commanders' designees, verify that Service members have met Career Readiness Standards (CRS) and have a viable Individual Transition Plan (ITP). The purpose of the Capstone event is to evaluate Service member's preparedness to successfully transition from a military to a civilian career. If a Service member requires or desires follow-on assistance, the Commander will facilitate a "warm handover" to appropriate helping partners such as the Department of Veterans Affairs or the Department of Labor. The Individual Transition Plan Check List (DD Form 2958) is required to be completed and filed in members records.
Will see if I hear anythingJust eyeballing a couple Marine type choppers East bound at about 1k feet headed for South Jersey from Delaware... fast movers like AH-1Z types. Maybe headed to McGuire?

Pretty sure you mean the Farmville MOA. On the ADSBx, if you select the Legend>US > Sectional Charts, you can see it, kinda a tilted "d" shaped area.Does anyone know of a military MOA/range in the area just north of Chase City VA, near the Charlotte State Forest area?.
The 7th FTS T-38s go out there quite often to perform low level activity (like a ground range).
The HMLA-773 usually show up on TIS-B, CH-53's.Did not hear anything, but looked to be HMLA-773 headed back to WRI. Flew directly over the house.
