I think it's more likely an E-11A 18th ACCS.

Sounds like this exercise with KING 70 is over. No A-A comms captured during exercise. Only comms heard is the YANKEE coordinate freq of 238.250 between the fighters and the C-130. Now that it's over, the VT boys are chatting on their usual 314.400 A-A freq. with ACM in Yankee. KING 70 may be headed to meet MAINE 87 for some refueling.
