to Martin State airport.. Pic shows Beech B300C N610A.
Seems plane departed Tulsa to Kentucky then onto Martin State.Plane looks to be based at Jacksonville Fla.

I think the DRAGOs may be hanging out for another flyover. Still in the area on 348.725. AlertDC sent out notifications for flyovers at 915 and 920, I figured it was one but the time updated in the second notification. These never happen at the times stated.
