More liekly the same company that operates N170RL from yesterday (minus their using the EVC callsign).
One of the stations on the frequency may be some other aircraft using FST callsigns (FST10 and FST12) more southeast and at a higher altitude,

I think the DRAGOs may be hanging out for another flyover. Still in the area on 348.725. AlertDC sent out notifications for flyovers at 915 and 920, I figured it was one but the time updated in the second notification. These never happen at the times stated.
