According to the Defense Internet Notams System the FT Campbell Range Control frequency, c/s EAGLE, 128.750 is no longer in use. The correct frequency for EAGLE Control is 139.900/AM.

Yup. Nashville took 128.75 from Ft Campbell and is now being used for all VFR traffic in the Nashville East TRACON. Replaces 128.45

Heard them 363.0 with memphis and now back to 342.25 and just switched to 317.575 i think

My guess would be they switched to 273.575, that is the Kansas City Ctr ultra high after 342.25 going that direction. 363.0 = Memphis Ctr @ Nashville Ultra High, 342.25 = Memphis Ctr @ Paducah Ultra High.
Not sure the name of the sector for 273.575 other that it being a Kansas City Ctr freq. My guess would be it's in the same sector as 319.0 which is KC Ctr High. I was told is near Scott AFB.
