So I have trouble receiving the Morris County P25 system over the hill in Livingston, looking at the system, there should be a site 6 - does anyone know if this site is up and working?

I really need to get my 700/800 antenna up then. I do not receive them here well at all and I am about 3 miles from Riker Hill.
The new system seems to have a smaller (or more directional) coverage area than the old analog system. From West Orange I used to be able to get a weak signal from the old system. I can't get anything at all from the new system even with an outdoor antenna.

The new system is 700, vs the old UHF system. As you go higher in Freq, the signal tends to have less long area reach. Plus, the antennas might be directional.

Riker is directional (and NOT towards the east)
