Motorola Minitor V - Programming help

Hello All,

Recently I took on a project to try to re-program some minitor V pagers. A neighboring agency provided us with a Minitor V & IV USB programmer.
I was playing around last night and can’t seem to figure out to get the pager actually programmed. As it’s able to read the data from the pager & when I make the changes in the PPS software it seems to always fail when trying to write. I did attempt doing this on three different pagers and it keeps reflecting the same thing. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Hey, thank you for replying back.
So I have tried reseating the pager multiple times but still getting the same issue as shown in the photo above. In relation to Powerplug I don’t believe is applicable in my case as it’s one of those knock off programmers.

So i did try this when it was set to 5 seconds it wasn't able to read the pager code. So i changed it to 4 seconds which did work, now when i tried programming the pager while on 4 seconds it failed again. But when i changed it to 5 seconds its actually programmed. Thank you!
Fix;
Read pager with 4 second delay
while changing tones ect, prior to selecting write option changed settings to 5 seconds.

My info was specific to the OEM programmer. Not the ebay usb special.

I had to use a legacy USB driver on my PC to get it to work.
