I think 22603 is DTE Gas Michigan Ave and 22599 is Allen Rd. Both are in the Gas SEMI zone. Both TGs encrypted. I have a list of the zone names and channels, but I don't know the TG's that go with them. Yet...

22687 "Is there a park ranger calling on PD03" Console was from Dearborn. Told to switch to PD01, couldn't find it right away.

12831 Monroe & Wayne RIDS. All I ever hear is the morning radio checks. In the mornings I'll hear many units checking in. "800 radio check" Leads me to believe their main channel is else where and not on 800Mhz. A couple of the RIDS I have heard before ID as Fermi units on 58P911. I've been hearing this TG for sometime now, but the very brief usage makes it hard to ID.

479 encrypted hits today on the Mio tower, their was a Armed Home invasion an vehicle theft in this area also but why is this encrypted in the third lowest populated county in the state?

I have no idea who uses it. Every TX is encrypted and the radio IDs I've seen across those tgs span multiple counties.
I'm pretty sure 22810 or one of the Central MI Emergency tg's used to be clear. I'll have to go back and check the logs.
