Thats Hendricks County units per the RID's.... 20006 is unknown to me (20007 is Monroe Co School SRO/PD at least from past listing..).. But its Hospital related per the convo.... Maybe IUH-DPS for IUW? If its IUH, then once we nail it down, 32-IUH-DISP? Since we have 49-IUH-DISP for Indy and 53-IUH-DISP for Bloomington? If we get more of them, maybe set up a block for just IUH like Parkview has its own block? Probably not too busy at IU West, or IU Bloomington compared to IUH Indianapolis since they have 4 campuses, about to be 3 and a super campus once the new IUH Indy is finished. (Not sure if IU North in Carmel has its own TG on MESA S3, as all LE is encrypted on there, and all of IUH DPS seems to be moving full time to SAFE-T.) There are several other locations across the state, so most likely several more TG's to find. *Good catch since all LE in Hendricks is now full time E! Maybe we get lucky and IUH DPS won't encrypt?*

Oh, IUH Indy 4 main campuses, never seen or heard IUH DPS at any of the clinics, only at the main facilities. Have heard their private security at the clinics, but never the marked patrol cars. IU Methodist, IU University, IU Riley, IU Saxony. Methodist will become part of the new IU Indianapolis monstrosity when they finally get it open. That will include the new building, the labs on 16th, the original Methodist after its remodeled, including Wile Hall. Going to be one huge medical campus!

Those only 6 digits and thus are Bartholomew County radios.
3 - Bartholomew County
2 - South Zone

Edit: My guess is Columbus Regional Health PD.

And FWIW I submitted 20007 a few months back after some sleuting. It was only active during/around school hours and they referenced many Monroe County schools on the radio.

What are the cities in Lake County that are not using the county system but instead using the state system?
Usually called SouthCom, but ya only 2 towns as @NWI_Scanner_Guy said... Kinda wish all lake county wud used SafeT. My county is doing the same thing and wanted their own system and Shud be switching over sometime eventually here. Maybe next month, probably toward March

Is anything being said or talked about in terms of when the system will upgrade to phase 2, if ever?
Previously announced in the October 2025 edition of The Repeater - IPSC's bi-monthly newsletter:

PILOT SITES FOR TDMA SELECTED

Testing for Phase 2 (TDMA) will begin soon.

"IPSC has been approved to add TDMA (P25 Phase 2) to two of our current tower sites for testing purposes.

The sites at Ft Wayne and Westville Correctional facility will provide both a controlled and uncontrolled testing environment to see the positive impacts TDMA could have for radio communications.

THIS TEST WILL NOT IMPACT CURRENT SYSTEM USERS. FDMA radios will continue to work normally on the syste

This is the first step in the giant task of transitioning all of the SAFE-T system to TDMA (Phase 2) which, if approved, would be a multi-year project.

Continue to check the IPSC website for updates or contact your local Outreach Coordinator for more information."

Has Flight Watch fallen into disuse? I don't see any activity on the Somerset or Wabash sites with the Lutheran or Parkview flights here.

Noticed a new talkgroup in use in the Dearborn County area within the past few days. 20016. Hearing it on the Versailles site, sounds like an automated voice dispatch for Dearborn County Fire. I’m reasonably sure I’ve heard a couple areas mentioned that would be in Ohio and Switzerland counties as well. Automated dispatch is new to the area, I am still hearing human dispatch as well.

Update on Flight Watch. I sent an email to Lutheran and got a very nice reply explaining that Flight Watch was originally for the Indy area and talkgroups were made for the companies to move them off of there. I did ask if the voice traffic switched back to company channels in the last few months because I remember hearing liftoffs, landings, and such on Flight Watch and not Lutheran when my scanner died months ago. Awaiting the reply.
