If you get them sometimes then you have it programmed correctly.

Only thing I can say is read this thread. @GTR8000 pretty much sums it up

Any idea on if the somewhat new MTA Police District 10 operates on this system yet?

On Zone 1 Simulcast I don't really see any consistent new tg's on this cell.

Did catch a radio on 6032 that was answered by a dispatcher and a April 8th there were some comms on tg 1000 that, pretty sure were enc.

While it may not be immediately obvious, the talkgroups below 9000 are home to the Metro-25 (NYSP) portion of system, not the MRRS (MTA). Any talkgroups below 9000 you see on the MRRS have roamed over from Metro-25, so keep that in mind. Obviously the age old caveat applies that you're not going to see talkgroup activity on all sites/cells unless a subscriber is affiliated.

Below 9000 is Metro25? It seems like above 9000 is (the recent adds like BxVille PD, Portchester PD, etc) while the MTA PD districts are below 9000????

Strictly talking about the TGID ranges per System ID (26D Metro-25 vs 26E MRRS). MTA has had talkgroups in the 602x range on the original Metro-25 system before the MRRS was built out and interconnected to it.

9136 is one of the many MNR Fire Brigade talkgroups. I haven't been able to nail down the users based on inconsistent usage.

Anyone figure out 9071 yet? It is MTS PD related. 3 guys drove out here to Suffolk County in something diesel with a lighting package. They asked about an MTA PD cruiser and other guy referenced it as theirs. They also have a mdt and ran a plate on their way back.

I had 9071 as one of the District 6 / 7 TAC talkgroup.

In the mean time, I caught some comms few days ago on 9140 that sounded like TBTA Police. The radios have the same ID ranges as MTA Metro North Fire Brigade so probably loaner radios.

The MTA photo album shows some of the TBTA Special Operations use the Harris XL radios (unlike the regular TBTA officiers that uses Motorola XPR radios)

Rye PD has joined Port Chester PD on MRRS.

Previously Port Chester, Rye and Rye Brook PD's were all on 155.625 MHz but now only Rye Brook remains all on the VHF frequency. Unknown if Rye Brook is planning to move to MRRS as well.

However, Port Chester-Rye-Rye Brook EMS is still dispatched by the respective PD on 155.625 MHz.
