Hempstead Bay Constables maybe?

Those RIDs I had previously logged as Ardsley PD. But that could have changed; this system is very random with RIDs.
So far it’s only been those 4 rids and was only on Friday. Could be Hempstead. Hempstead Public Safety has a dmr system with the only one listed tg being public safety and encrypted. Not sure if bay constable is part of their public safety department or not. Not sure is the DMR system is running or not. Last update was 2020.
Marine guys are usually full force on weekends and little less active during the week. Yeah, I noticed those rids were right in the middle of two different agencies but have not scanned in last 5 months. Caught this is on zone 1 so maybe they affiliate with F63. Going set that one back up later.
Which tg? Only see Town of Oyster Bay listed.
Hempstead Harbor and Glen Cove Yacht Club would probably be Town of Oyster Bay.

The City of Glen Cove is inside the Town of North Hempstead and is not within the Town of Oyster Bay.

FWIW, these guys bounce between call signs of Marine 5, Marine 6, Marine 10 etc, to M5, M6 M10 etc. Also heard one saying he was in Manhasset Bay.
The City of Glen Cove is an independent city, not part of the Town of North Hempstead.
Manhasset Bay and previous mention of Plum Point puts it in North Hempstead. If it is not Town Bay Constables could it be some NY State agency?
Ive picked up some traffic as well on Zone 3. I doubt that it's something roaming over from F63, as I don't see any ISSI indications, and the Radio IDs match the scheme of 26E.
Regarding the new addition of SysID F63 RFSS 21 Site 21, is that a typo?
I see SysID F63 RFSS 1 Site 1 has a new neighbor site with control channel 773.96875 but reporting as RFSS 22 Site 22. The FCC license WSGW898 also matches this frequency to NYS Fairground site.

Where are you seeing a F63 neighbor to F63 (Metro 25) ? All mine shows is 4 26E neighbors.

Many of their transmissions are pretty short like (Baker Bedford, 21) so they are pretty easy to miss. I think trying to scan more than sites 2 and 3 was causing me to miss most of them. Getting them now and can confirm Bedford Police is not encrypted. Thanks
Bedford PD is definitely not encrypted. They affiliate with Zone 2. Stick with only monitoring Zone 2 to listen to them.
Their Tac TG has been active in the past, too, and is also not encrypted
