Looked at all the sites for scanner downloads, and @jgriffter appears to be correct, however, the web pages are still alive but all the download links are missing from the bottom of the pages.

What is the boot version? It will be 2.0 if it has the official upgrade. If it doesn't have the official upgrade, a firmware update can brick the scanner.
I didn't see where he was asking about updating firmware, only saw him ask for WS1080 EZ Scan to program it. Did I miss something?
If you remember the Different Software Versions were Required For Different Database Versions not sure if the Firmware was tied into this also does not matter until you can update the Database with the Software again.

Sounds like the OP just purchased the scanner. I was giving the OP a way to know for certain if it has the official upgrade before updating firmware when and if the links return. It's safe to update the database. If the scanner does not have the official upgrade, updating the firmware can brick it. The boot version info comes from the author of the hacked firmware. That only affects the scanners eligible for the Whistler Legacy Upgrade (PRO-668, PRO-18, and PSR-800).

I haven’t tried to update the firmware since links are down - I mainly wanted to get the software to load up a couple of lists. Seems to work ok but pretty weak on P2 compared to the SDS. I’m spending some time figuring it out compared to Uniden.

Download links are still missing for all of the scanners on the Whistler website.
I'm also looking for the latest TRX-1 version of EZScan, if anyone has it.
Disregard my last post. I found my copy of the TRX-1 EZScan installer.
Does anyone know the status of the Whistler website? When will they be back online with options to download. I've emailed them 3 times now and have not received anything back.
Or just DL from the Whistler group website...

I just tried Chrome, Firefox and Brave, and none of the downloads are showing up for me.
I saw that but there is no link to download.
I have the software, I just need an updated library. Our local 911 just switched last week to digital. The list I have doesn't have the new updates.Or just DL from the Whistler group website...
