If the Turlock P25 system is not working, try adding 859.4375 to the frequency list in that system. That frequency is shown on the FCC database but not listed in the RR database.

I am new to scanning. i have a whisler ws-1065 and have purchased ARC 500 software. and am registered on radio reference.com. Live in ceres calif. zipcode is 95351. am using the cable supplied my the scanner to program. the problem that i have when i load freq. from software to scanner . there is no objects in the scaner after download. then i tried manual programing and i cant hear anything talking. i have attempted to load conventional and trunking systems as well.

I buy this soft for my RS Pro-197 and it's does'nt work for me...I can't Download the radio...no progress bar. If i Upload the progress bar goe up without sending any info in the scanner.

When you Upload to Scanner, you should see the percentage of transfer on the scanner screen. If not, data is not being transferred. If your cable has a mono adapter on the end, remove it. The Pro-197 requires a TRS stereo plug. Make sure you are plugged into the PC/IF jack, not the headphone jack. Did you install the driver for the cable? When you Upload to Scanner, do you get a com port?
