New at trunking need help

Hello I have a Pro-93 radio shack scanner i have had it for many years but just used it for regular scanning i was informed that Pawnee county,ks now uses some trunking. so i set one of my banks to trunking MOT but i am not hearing anything so not sure if i set it up correctly the closet place is Great Bend kansas
would i just program these

1 (1) 019 (13) Great Bend Barton 851.80000 852.11250 852.41250c 852.75000a 853.47500 853.90000

Any help is appreciated

Won't be able to monitor this system on a PRO-93, since it uses P25 Phase 1 modulation (digital).

You need to upgrade your scanner to listen to this system.

Darn, Ok thank you i guess it's a good thing they haven't went all digital yet
