REMU guy are on TG 8080 right now. One of them reported going over the Portland Bridge, so I would assume they are working on something on the PA side.

I've submitted site 60 to the database for amendment. It is extremely active today, which is not surprising given that it's time for The Hunt.

What are the other frequencies that site 60 is using? Also. Do you know what frequencies are used for law enforcement and logistics at the hint?

They've all been submitted to the db, so you should see them soon. I've identified 5 frequencies in total, and they are operating on Phase 2. Furthermore, LE is likely using the Somerset County P25, possibly using the OEM Tac channels, which are encrypted.

will site 60 ever reach union county around elizabeth

There is no need for it to. There is a site in Elizabeth, which is part of the Union County Simulcast (Site 7) which consists of Elizabeth, Mountainside and Watchung. Plus, units can roam over to the West Orange Simulcast which blankets from the north.

I added "pluckemin site 60 " to my NJICS favorites list. I am getting this site full strength, along with all traffic, in basking ridge. Is this transmitter on the large tower on the mountain next to rt 78? what area does it cover?

It was most likely located on the water tank right next to that large tower (on Old Stage Coach Road).. Bedminster PD used that same water tank as a repeater site prior to converting to the County trunked system. The W2UHF 443.900 repeater was located nearby as well. I believe that's now off the air though. Last time I looked, the large tower had commercial clients only; no governmental accounts.

it seems Site 60 (Plukemim) is still up, but not transmitting all traffic, only certain select TG, such as Somerst County Talk Group 1049, and other very local groups to that site... ... anyone know whats up with this?
AFAIK, this site is here to stay. However, its configuration will change in the future pending Region 8 processing regarding 700 MHz channel allocations. I believe once those are determined, it will transition off 800 MHz.

981 Caldwell ave. A google search comes up with Union, NJ.

Union Twp, Fire?

That sounds STRANGELY close to Wayne as well.

The tones for fire, the dispatcher, and the format of dispatching(time at the end). But there’s no Caldwell ave, on a google search of Wayne. And I’ve heard no talk of them going to ICS at this point.
