It is not electrical interference, more like a close frequency that is not exact.

Did you try shutting off the circuit breakers as I suggested?

Often these noise issues that cover a wide slice of spectrum are locally generated. Shutting off devices in your home can help determine that. Might be your cable modem/DSL/router, etc. Cheap USB adapters are notorious for wideband noise.

Seeing as you are saying it's on every freq, and going along with what trilliumaire said, take off the antenna and see if it goes away.
If it does, start moving the radio around the house with the antenna still off. If you start picking it up that way, cranking up the squelch may narrow it down further.

I don't know if the OP is still trying to troubleshoot this, but removing the antenna is a good one too ... even though strong nearby RF interference can still get in through the SMA jack ... but if the issue goes away, it's interference. If it is still there, it could be something internal, or a strong nearby interferer.

If you pay the $20 to unlock the waterfall feature, what do you see? Tune around, is it still there? That's another thing to try. I know the SDS100 can easily pick up my smart meter nearby at 900 MHz, visible via the waterfall.

New to this . . . .what is the "rahr . . .rahr . . .rahr noise ????
Can't say for sure with no audio or video sample. Onomatopoeia alone won't suffice. And let the record reflect that this is the first (and soon to be 2nd) ever use of the word "Onomatopoeia" on these forums :ROFLMAO:

OP, try to at the very least record it for us.... and by record it for us, I mean record YOU making those "rahr rahr" noises.
