LCFR is responding to Courtland Farm Manor Inn for a structure fire. First unit on scene reporting heavy smoke from the D side.
D will be referred to as side A.
0902- Eng and Truck 620 4th due are already scene. Hell yeah Co 1!
A weight-restricted bridge is limiting access to some of the apparatus from one direction.

Loudoun dispatching numerous units for what sounds like will be a working fire. Porch reported on fire and spreading to home, on Conquest Ct in the Bramleston area.
1511- Unit on scene reports it will be a working fire.
1518- Fire has been knocked, now checking for any extension to the attic.

VSP has responded to Manassas Airport for a plane crash. It seems to be N8337X. On ATC comms the pilot reports not having any throttle and believes he can make the runway.
VSP has just reported no injury to the pilot or passenger.

It's working. But one of my scanners certainly isn't working properly now, it was working earlier in the day. My 436HP which was connected to a roof antenna. It's pretty much deaf now, like something inside got fried. Wouldn't be the first time that's happened with one of these.

There was a large fire at 118 Acacia Lane in Sterling. Prospect Waterproofing Company
As soon as it was dispatched there was already a large dark column of smoke visible throughout the county.
It was 2 alarms and brought under control quickly. Units from MWAA and Fairfax assisted. They're now in the phase of securing utilities (Washington Gas slow to arrive as usual), and there is a gas leak fire they're having to deal with, and a collapsed roof on top of some rack system making it hard to reach some lingering areas.
Two news helos are now over the area.

Once again Loudoun is sending units back to Prospect Waterproofing for another re-kindle. That stuff certainly seems to be waterproof, really flammable too.

Loudoun got really got busy after 1600. One incident is a rescue at Balls Bluff Park for someone that has broken a leg. They've decided to have Boat610 come and launch at Veteran's Park as that will be the easiest way to get the bariatric patient out. No wonder they weren't wanting to carry him all the way back, up the hills.

LCSO responding to report of a stabbing on Chase Heritage Cir in Sterling. RP's story may have changed to hitting his wife with a meat tenderizer.

Loudoun has dispatched for a structure fire in the area of Evergreen Mills Rd and Hogeland Mills Rd. Reported flames from a home. Lots of units enroute.
Units on scene saying it's just a car on fire, hasn't spread to a structure.

Leesburg PD in pursuit of a vehicle. I think it started off as shoplifting at the outlet mall, then hit two officers with the vehicle as he fled.
Currently on Riverside Pkwy towards Rt7.
The assault on LE allows them to pursue, can't pursue for the shoplifting.

18:47 - Loudoun County SO responded to shots fired from one vehicle into another on Loudoun County Pkwy in Sterling. Two occupants were in the vehicle but were not hit. Units located and pursued the suspect vehicle and took a female into custody. A male suspect fled on foot. LCSO, VSP, and Fairfax 2 set up perimeter and searched for over an hour and a half but did not locate the suspect. LCSO still investigating.

13:07 - Station 2 (Mount Vernon) units responding for man with gun call. Commander 20 has asked that dispatch notify school security and have them lockdown Hybla Valley ES, which is at or near the location of the weapons call.
