Is there an option to receive notifications when the database is updated? Like many others here, I have a ton of stuff programmed into my scanner, so keeping up with new frequency assignments, changes, etc is a little bit of a chore. Getting a notification that "X system/department/frequency has been updated" would be handy. Perhaps the feature already exists and I'm just missing it somehow.

If this is a feature of having a premium membership, that justifies the cost alone for me.

If you are a Premium subscriber, there is a MyRR page. You can tag Systems/Counties/Agencies and then they appear on a single page, where you can see at a glance if an agency was updated in the last 24 hours (green) or 7 days (yellow).

There is no email-based notification.

Can I please suggest an email notifications/alert for when "watched" counties/systems/etc. are updated? Or even a RadioReference notification that can be set up to be emailed? I did subscribe to RR just for the ability to watch updates, so thank you for this feature. :)

We'll take it into consideration. We don't currently have that capability, and it would require quite a bit of back-end programming to make it happen, so please don't hold your breath.

Agency in this case means one of the Entities listed on the state or county pages.

Ok, I thought I could choose conventional fire department or police department specifically from the agency list of fire, police, ems from conventional public safety.
