It’s a statewide system here in Florida and it’s commercial so it is real busy.
What system type? How many channels? How busy? What was the exact result?
May be this one, JoeCan ya be a little more specific?
I don't see any statewide NXDN systems in FL.

That's a multi-county system in Florida, though his profile shows VA as location, not Florida.
YepWell, that would explain why it doesn't work well from several hundred miles away.
But seriously, that is a trunked NXDN system so LCN Finder should work. There are several sites that are single-frequency sites. Not sure about those, of course.
Really, without specific info we can guess all day long and not solve the problem. (IF that is even the correct system...)
This has likely come up in the past with other systems as well. It'd be nice if it could tell us what the other frequencies are though within a system when only the control channel is known when figuring systems out. Perhaps another firmware update is needed for something like that.Yep
LCN Finder worked well on my two public safety NXDN systems here in the DFW Metro area.

My MasterCard issued by an Australian bank wasn't accepted, but a Debit MasterCard issued by the same bank will work.Hi.
I´m from Chile SA, and i will like to buy NXDN key for mu BCD 436 scanner, but Uniden site does not accept upgrade from foring countries. This is the same problem i faced long time ago when i upgraded from another company that obligate me to pay more than Uniden price.
Any ideas on how or where i can upgrade my scanner to allos me access to NXDN mode?
Yep

Yes, radio traffic is required. If there is too little (or too much) traffic, it can take a very long time to determine LCNs.
Are LCNs necessary to monitor NXDN?
