Yeah same here for the most part. With a few LCG(Liquefied Compressed Gas) call signs and a few calls to the "Jackson Office" as well.

I am hearing LCG callsigns today also talking with Jackson Office on 13600

Yep they're not nearly as prominent as FM's but there are a few out there.

Still at odds on how to enter them in the DB

MID - Mississippi Insurance Department
or
SFM - State Fire Marshall's Office

I'm leaning towards the first since the Fire Marshall's Office is a sub section of the MID website. Plus if any other MID departments ever show up it will be much more simple to manage too.

MHP 13057 - Just copied in the clear comms between U-11 and I'm assuming U-71. I haven't postively IDed that RID yet (105871). So maybe that entire block isn't strapped for encryption.
