You sure do know a lot. You working for WCC now? Also, some fire department doesn’t use their “MSWN" fire TAC channel. They use the 700 simplex National Interoperability frequency. The reason why they use it due to, Out of range, doesn’t have their neighbors county TG program in, and a signal loss inside of a build.
So the 700 Simplex frequency name are:
7FIRE63
7FIRE63D
7FIRE64
7FIRE64D
7FIRE83
7FIRE83D
7FIRE84
7FIRE84D

I am trying to man lol, they make a lot of money. You sure do know a lot. You working for WCC now?
You do it under NIFOG 700. Those are the Nationwide Interoperability frequencies. Now some people might got VTAC Calling in their radio if it Dual band 7/8 and VHF. Every MSWIN radio suppose to have it, unless you got a old radio and need to be reprogrammedI don't have any of these in my APX
Yeah, when you invest in a SDR system, it change your whole scanner hobby. Right now I am live to Jackson site (Hinds County) from Sunflower County, they have a lot of damn traffic. MBI and Medcom did a lot patchingCould be a patch. SDR software would show them and make identification easier. The most common patches I see are:
Multiple dispatch channels patched
A dispatch channel with a tac channel
Without SDR, its hard to make sense of it. It's nice to physically watch the dispatcher activate and deactivate patches in real time, thus explaining everything heard (usually).
And, if I were to use my Airspy for that, what would it tell me that Pro96Com doesn't?Y'all old heads need to invest in these SDR systems, it will change y'all life.
It’s more better then Pro96Com. it got NXDN, P25, DMR and ProVoice. With the P25 system it will tell you if the TG is FDMA or TDMA. You can find the site more easy, you can tell when a tower is in site trunking mode. Also you can tell who switch from channel to channelAnd, if I were to use my Airspy for that, what would it tell me that Pro96Com doesn't?
