I can do that with a radio.

So you haven't used Pro96Com.

Nah, you can’t lol. Beside depends on how many SDR or Airspy, I have i can listen to 6 P25 Site and 2 NXDN conventional at the same times. Or I can have two NXDN on scan mode.

I tired to use it on my BCD996T Phase 1 scanner but i could never get it to read data from scanner.

Well, you can, and I find it pretty disingenuous to trash talk a program you admitted you never used. I use Pro96Com nearly daily to log radios, talkgroups, watch affiliations, etc.

Back on topic, 65102 came active today, completely new to me with new RIDs that fall in line with certain Federal agencies. I haven't yet seen any crossover from known radios, etc.

Did you enable control channel output on the 996? I never had the 996T but the 996XT/P2 works perfectly with Pro96com.

It's not trash but any means but it's getting long in the tooth since the author doesn't seem interested in updating it any time soon.

Yeah, last time it gave me a serial port open error. The control port number (COM5) and my port speed match the scanner (9600), and my radio profile is 996t. And also enables the control second scanner and I press "OK". Then I pressed "Read data from radio" and it didn't respond to it

And that's part of the issue with this community, everyone has the notion their way is literally the best and only way, even if it's not, and they're unwilling or unable to see other ways. See also: anyone on two meters.

Best thing to do, in my experience, is just add them to your ignore list and move on. 'Bye kid, enjoy your SDR trash.

Yup. I could make the SDR work, just couldn’t ever figure out the other software programs, Unitrunker, Rtlsdr scanner, the digital mode decoders etc…. Way to difficult for me.
Try these two videos, I think once you watch how to install and setup SDRTrunk you'll like it a lot.

Forrest General Hospital site yesterday:

31093- Open mic as someone walked in what sounded like a crowd
31094- Someone named Calvin talking to another unnamed person.

Both had RIDs dropping them within what I've caught on USM maintenance talkgroups (11168875 and 1116054, respectively).
