Does anyone know if Pafford Ambulance Service is covering Copiah County? Did they replace the previous company?

No new ones that I'm aware of

Ba safe
I have heard them saying Pafford is enroute to their calls. I haven't heard anything from ASAP. Earlier today, Pafford Southwest dispatched some to Copiah County. I wasn't sure if they were covering for ASAP or mutual aid. Maybe someone from Copiah County can answer.

New Tg or using ones in existence already?
I've heard a lot of Copiah County traffic on the Pafford Southwest talkgroup the last few weeks. Appears they are handling Copiah and Adams (along with Concordia Parish, LA) on Southwest through SOCOMM.

So Pafford scooped Copiah from ASAP, and bumped AMR fully out of Adams and Concordia as primary contracted? Wonder if they run Jefferson now too?

AMR is still primary in Adams, and I think the other counties they were covering before. Pafford is mainly IFT, with a very rare 911 in Adams if AMR is delayed. Can't quite figure out Concordia yet. Seems both of them will get called, depending on area of the parish maybe? Definitely hearing more and more 911 for Pafford in Concordia over the last few months. Haven't heard Pafford dispatched for anything in Jefferson/Wilkinson/Amite.

I think Wilkinson and Amite are still Metro Rural/whoever it is that owns them now. Franklin has always had it's own ambulance since the sixties at least. They burned the motor out on one of the Cadillac ones on a run to UMC with my grandma before I was born.

Concordia was both AMR, and Rural Metro (not the Metro Rural from MS). Then there is Med Express dispatched from Natchez that was doing IFT, and was private runs. ( LWIN now, not sure if they have an MSWIN TG, I need to look and see.)
