No, doesn't seem to be.
Observing radio IDs early this morning, my educated guess is that 101 is Sheriff dispatch, 401 is Lake of the Woods security dispatch, and maybe 701 is Town of Orange/Gordonsville Police dispatch?

Here is what I have so far on the fire side.
@N4VKF, thanks for sharing that info. Orange apparently shifts its ambulances around, since the same id is listed at two different stations and the ambulances have the temporary number placards on them instead of permanent numbers. Over time, you may end up with a single line for all the medic radio ids. May depend on how frequently they do the transfers.
Okay thanks for that information. I've started to track less in other county's besides mine. Caroline rotates units also. I guess It saves replacement costs.
615 is being used today for training dispatch along with 617 Training-Response.
Some of the voices I don't recognize so maybe another county. Engine1 - Engine5, Ladder1 - Ladder4, Medic1- Medic4 are unit numbers being used along with Battalion 1

They simply could be using those to designate the arrival response for the training event. We do that now and then.

If I had to guess I'd say it may have been a Madison Fire patch for the bad accident just north of the county line.
The county either turned down the power or change something with the programming. I'm not hearing anything on my sds100 or unication g4 from Spotsylvania. When I take my pager portable with me I can't even get a lock on the control channel when I'm in locust Grove area.
I noticed yesterday that when the Spotsy system is in the idle mode it's signal level is several bars lower. Then comes up when there is traffic.

That is weird. You will always need coverage for the control channel because you never know where a subscriber will be requesting a channel grant. Huge safety issue. Some else is amiss.
