Can't help on the Piedmont FD, but all Pickens County Rescue Squads, the Haz-Mat Team, and the Dive Team are dispatched on the Pickens County Channel 3 (155.115 mhz). The 155.775 mhz freq (Channel 4) is a tac channel for Easley Rescue (Rescue 8) along with the 453.100 mhz freq. Both repeaters are owned by Easley Rescue and are sited in the Easley area. Either the 155.775 or the 453.100 will be going into the dispatch console in the near future as a dispatch monitored tac channel to relieve radio traffic congestion during severe weather, etc.
The Emergency Management Channel listing is:
Ch. 1 - 155.175 EMS dispatch (Pal 800 is used as a tac)
Ch. 2 - 155.340 Ambulance to hospital (Cell phones also used a lot)
Ch. 3 - 155.115 Rescue squads, prison, vehicle maintenance, landfill ops, etc.
Ch. 4 - 155.220 (EMS, Rescue squads except Easley - 155.775)
Ch. 5 - 155.280 Ambulance to hospital, Rescue on scene command
Ch. 6 - 151.340 Rural fire dept. dispatch, except Six Mile FD 159.1125 mhz.
Hope this helps.
