Tonight I’m noticing more shuffling of frequencies. While using my SDS100 I noticed I was not hearing SunStar as well as several other agencies. When I checked my scanner, I noticed it was on a control channel of 851.5875. When I checked it with my 325 I confirmed that this is now the control channel for site 10. For those who want to monitor site 5 you need to remove this frequency from your list of channels for Site 5 to avoid monitoring the wrong site. Here’s what I found so far tonight.

Site 10
851.5875 CC 0110
851.0875
851.8500
852.8375
853.0375
859.9625

Over the last few days, I have noticed they have been shuffling frequencies around. Site 2 moved to 700 MHz. Site 10 has also had changes. If you look at the last couple of posts I made in the main master thread for Pinellas County. You will find the updated frequencies that I have found so far.

Can you be more specific on what sites you're referring to? I haven't noticed an issue. Monitoring sites 4 and 5.

If you have all of the frequencies entered for site 5 you need to delete 851.5875. This is now the control channel for site 10 and will cause your scanner to track the wrong site.

Okay, thanks. My equipment ignores control channels that aren't broadcasting the appropriate site ID. So that explains why I haven't noticed.

We have the submission for site 2.

Request confirmation that this site has dumped all the 800 freqs and truly moved to 700mhz before the db is changed

I can confirm all 800 mhz freqs for site 2 are no longer working.
Thanks Baayers for this info. I thought something was wrong my sds200 stopped picking up site2 and site 5 was locked onto the new site 10 freq. Now all is well.

Hardly anyone talks on Site 2 and not sure if these are all the frequencies:

It looks like you found a couple of more frequencies that I did not. Thank you so much. This site before it was moved to 700 was a lot busier than it is now.

Would you be willing to do this for site 10 as well? I submitted the new frequencies that I was able to confirm but I’m sure I missed some. Unfortunately, my vision issues and DSD+ don’t get along.

I question the site 2 frequencies in post #151. Aren't the 700 MHz frequencies supposed to be 5 decimal places ending in 5? The frequencies shown only have 4 decimal places.
We clarified this with the thread and submission. Will process shortly

The Site 2 freqs were updated, but need clarification. 700Mhz channels are spaced at 6.25k - so updates are requested. (for instance, 770.5125 could be 770.51875 or 770.50625) - that was not realized until after the import and change was made.

Also request that someone over there check all the sites on the Pinellas system and send an update so that the RR dB can be checked and edited if necessary to remove inactive control channels.
