When you say you can't "transfer data," do you mean you can't import from the RR Database? ...or do you mean you can't upload from your computer to the scanner?
This might sound like nit-picking, but there is a world of difference between the two and we need to know to give you an answer.
By the way, you will not be able to import from the RR Database using WIN500 without a Premium Subscription to RR.
I'm sorry I didn't make myself clear. I meant to say that I'm able to monitor my Pro 106, but when I try to download, or upload, I get the message that my radio isn't responding. I'm not trying to import. I hope this is clear. Thanks to all!
