i was going to ask about the BCD996P2 and i gave the pro-2096 to my buddy the file worked thoIf the BCD325P2 works at your location, you can use a BCD996P2. That is the base/mobile version of the BCD325P2 and is less expensive than the BCD536HP.. You can use the same software and file as the 325P2 for programming it. You need to set up a LTR system with 2 sites, one with the bus system frequencies and the other with the 800 mhz frequencies. The 2 digit number to the left of the frequency is the LCN or logical channel number. When you enter the frequencies, you must include the proper LCN with each frequency. Don't worry about bandplans with a LTR system. If available, you can use system quick key 5 for the bus system site and system quick 6 for the 800 mhz site. Here is a PDF file which should help you to better understand quick keys. Did you say the new 2096 file worked OK?
That is what was submitted to the database. We have to assume it is correct. And that's the proper LCN?
And I will only pickup if close rightThat is correct. LCN's on a LTR system are not required to be sequential and usually are not. You must enter the frequency along with its matching LCN.
I'm at IU right now and I'm not picking up the LTR system for some reasonAnd I will only pickup if close right
