Yes. I used Win96 with no problems. I would start with checking the control channel frequencies. Also take a look in Win96 and see if the scan banks are enabled and RX mode is set to "MOT"

Do you have a file I could use ?
I'm in Bloomington indiana
My bcd325p2 picks up fine.
But my pro-2096 picks nothing up other than conventional

I'd start by confirming you are receiving the control channel. While scanning the P25 trunked system, press the "Man" button. If you are receiving the control channel, the display should show the frequency as well as the decode % and trunked system info (SystemID, WACN, tower info). See sample attached for my location. For SAFE-T, the SystemID / WACN should be HEX: 6BD / BEE00

I'm in Bloomington too, and use a 2096 which works well. I could send you my file if you haven't found one yet.

Did you check to see if you are receiving the control channel as described in earlier post?

I suspect that the pro2096 might have drifted and is receiving off-frequency. If this Is the case, there is an internal variable resistor that would need to be adjusted.
