and that is where, precisely? Go up to the blue toolbar under the site title and float your mouse over Database. Follow the various pulldowns. If your system is new, it might not be in there yet, but it's worth checking.
If you want to do this manually, here's a cheat sheet that will help...
What system are you programming? Reason for asking is if it's a multitable VHF/UHF P25 system, you will need software. Win96 is my preference but ARC96 is also available.
You may also need software if it's an 800 rebanded system.
Edit: If system is StarCom21 we need to know which towers (sites) you will be using.
Bloomongton is yet to be in data base, but not long ago, I think Don Starr indicated the Pro-96/2096 does not require rebanding tables for P25 trunling systems. Thus programm all 800MHz control freqs and Alt control freqs.
This scanner can't trunktrack system if the new tower uses 700MHz freqs.
