Puzzling Unitrunker Issue

I wanted to start using Unitrunker again and went to install it on my recently re-imaged Surface Pro 3. Everything has gone smoothly. My SDR works in SDR#, SDR-Console, etc.
VB Audio works as well.

Got Unitrunker installed and setup a discriminator input. Hit start and nothing......
I check the scope and clearly there's a signal coming into the program but no site pop up, signal quality, zip.

Did a complete removal including cleaning out the registry for any traces of Unitrunker. Reinstall an older version and still the same thing happens. I've attached two screen shots.

Any ideas?

This along with backing off the audio output from SDR# worked. Rock solid receive now.

I was worried for a minute. Had months of previous data that I did not want to give up by switching to a different program.
