reboot codes

I have a 245xlt .Does someone have the reboot codes to reset the scanner .I know it 1,2, something .But I need to reset it .For some resion my scanner is in lock mod and I can't get it to get out of lock mod . So I was just go to just reset the whole scanner . But I have all my stuff on file in my computer .

Hold down 2, 9, Hold/Manual and turn it on

You have hit the LOCK key, press it an hold it until the key no longer shows in the screen, don't reset the whole thing. Happens all the time.
PS--I'm looking to buy a 245.
