I’m having a problem with a computer ( win7) downloading favorites to my Homepatrol 1. I know it’s the computer, as I have no problem with a second computer (win7) on both a Homepatrol 1 &2.
I’ve read somewhere, if the program ( sentinel) is corrupt, just uninstalling it doesn’t remove all. So reinstalleing it still leaves the corrupted part there.
can someone guide me through what I should do to correct this. I’m not a computer guy, it try to manage through
somewhere in the instruction, it asked to put name or password in the command. What name/password would this be? The name I put in the homepatrol, radioreffrance password, password on computer ( no password)
