i found a workaround to the reverse file naming of discovery mode..
Advanced Renamer - Free and fast batch rename utility for files and folders
after install and run program, drag and drop the contents of a particular discovery mode directory such as
451787500_NFM_D065
drag and drop all the files in that directory into the section on the right, then.....
the left side of the screen says RENAMING METHOD LIST, click add method, select replace
then copy
(\d\d)-(\d\d)-(\d\d)_(\d\d)-(\d\d)-(\d\d\d\d) into Text to be replaced section
\6-\5-\4_\3-\2-\1 into the Replace with section
Occurrence: All
Case sensitive: un-ticked
Use regular expressions: ticked
Apply to: Name
then click start batch at the upper right. BINGO! all reversed file names
until you get good at this, you might want to copy all the files you are working with to a separate directory so in case something doesn't go right, you still have the original un changed files.
