It would seem that since the merge of PD and FD, medical calls are no longer being dispatched/toned out on the Fire North channel. Has anyone else noticed this?

This is true they aren't using tones to dispatch Fire during the day. They have used tones at night when Rockford doesn't have a dedicated dispatcher working. For EMS calls I have noticed they call the Officer on duty direct on Sheriff Channel 1 (North) since they are dispatched by county at night and he/she will respond direct with Rockford Ambulance.
