How to setup a Rtl_tcp server to run with dad plus?

I can't wrap my head around how to get running dsdplus with Rtl_tcp server bicos fmp24 instance show's no USB device and nothing's running.

You don't.

You can run FMP24 on a remote Windows machine and have DSD+ access that, but if you're running rtl-tcp on a Pi, no bueno.

Is there an easy place to see how to setup FMP24 on TCP?
