I stumbled across this tonight, not totally sure on who's/what it is but this is what I got so far
System ID - L8
Site 13.6 CC 5 424.8875
Site 14.1 CC 5 461.2000

A quick check of the FCC and RR, 424.8875 belongs/belonged to Saia's LTR Passport system and 461.2000 didn't come back on anything helpful/screaming at me in the DB. FCC search didn't really lead to anything too useful IMO. I got DSD on it, and a scanner doing discovery to see what I find over the next few days.

Okay, I stand corrected, apparently I had the bandwidth set wrong in DSD. Its L7, Site 101 for 424.8875 and Site 104 for 461.2000, verified with a 436, but regardless, still new.

Just doing searches in the 450-470 mhz BAND and this comes up, it's a SAIANET frequency
462.100 MHZ DMRT3 SLOT 1-2
NET ID=7H
COLOR CODE 5
the scanner keeps stopping on this it's continuous no audio, slot flashes and color code flashes

If it's 462.100 you're referring to and not 461.200 (you guys have managed to switch the numbers around, intentional or not) then DSD+ sees it as a TIII DMR control channel from what I've been watching for the last couple of weeks. It's been on the air for a while now but logged zero activity.

462.1000 per the FCC database using a radius search. 2077 Elmwood Ave would be the North Buffalo site (4).

I got a few hits on TG 101, but there was no voice.

Yeah, my bad, it is 462.1000. It's gotta be a new system for Saia.

Okay.... so now that there's some voice traffic on it, its def not Canada, judging off of the testing conversations they have been having. I still have yet to stumble across any other sites, but I'll keep looking.

It would appear that Saia and Goosetown are eventually going to link up to cover the entire state, something that never quite materialized with their Connect Plus systems (was planned, hence the same 171 NetID). Goosetown also has a new Capacity Max system on the air for testing, and it's also NetID 7. The fact that Saia's site numbers are in the 1xx block seems to further illustrate that.

Once I confirm this to be true, I'll have to figure out what they plan on calling this system so we can get them merged in the RRDB. I suppose I can go with Goosetown/Saia T3 for the time being.
