Sara Network Dubuque Sites Unication G5

I have been having issues getting the Sara network when I'm in Dubuque on my Unication G5. The Iowa statewide system works fine on it but with the sites I have imported on to mine when I switch over even in the city bonk at me for no reception. Any thoughts....

Which site are you you trying to receive and what talk groups. Looks like LE in Dubuque county are encrypted at a Quick Look. Not from there so I cannot comment further.

double check that all of the frequencies are programmed, with it being a Harris system they are known to switch back and forth more often than isics

And while that's great, it still would help if we knew which actual site you were trying to receive that you're getting no reception on.

Dubuque's system is simulcast except for one site south of Mines of Spain Park on US-52.
