You may need to zip it so that Gmail does not complain about it. Possibly renaming it .txt may work as well.

Make sure serial driver is installed for the scanner in windows and you know the COM port it uses.

It doesn't seem to display the System name.
So I can't tell from looking at the computer screen which jurisdiction I'm hearing.
Also, for most Systems the Site name is irrelevant---"Simulcast" doesn't tell anything.
I've gone into Sentinel and manually renamed the Sites to the System names.

Thank you very much for the program I am using it with my Uniden 396t scanner and it works with Windows 8.1, I also tried it on my 55 inch LED flat scree TV and it looks perfect, The only question I have is how do you get Text to Speech to work ???.
