I get the same in sdrtrunk_0.3.4b1. It's only a visual thing.
If you setup a analog channel in SDRTunk, say a AM ATIS from your local airport, do you hear anything?
I set-up a channel tuned to an NBFM station (118.325) and I do get audio. It is distorted but I can hear the modulated signal barely. On SDR# it is stronger.
The rest of my replies follow. I "presume" that this sheds some light on the issue? Feeling like my hope is slowly climbing a long hill but is getting there! chuckle...

Denny - My replies to your thoughtful diagnosis questioning follows. On the first section I have the answer in front of the question. Summary - audio works great for everything else. Settings seem fine.
In For your last question about log issues, I have copied in the complete run log from CMD. I have left blank lines as start and stop points for sections of interest.

When I start SDRTrunk I configure the Audio Panel as follows:
- I select the desk speakers on both the left and Right channels
- I adjust the volume on LEFT and RIGHT on both the left and right channels to 75
- These adjustments used to work well on the old computer
- In the Windows 10 System Tray I set the audio output on t the speaker icon to desk speakers and set the volum midway up
- In Control Palen - SOUND - I set Desk Speakers as DEFAULT and set LEVELS in PROPERTIES at 44 which is LOUD
- Mike is at 0
- Line in is muted (audio works for all other apps)
- Side is at 100
- Center is at 100
- Advanced Tab - Default Format = 24 bit 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)
- Exclusive mode is unchecked all boxes
- Special sound is all OFF and unchecked
