Exactly how can I import from RR into Sentinel?

no updates for 2 weeks. (uniden issues) So, how can I directly import RR database updates. and national database to my PC or my SDS100, at this point???

Uniden imports the entire DB into Sentinel. If the weekly update doesn't happen... Then a third party software that has the RR import option can be used. (To get an update for one system that occured since the last DB pull) [Or a newly added system that isn't in the Uniden DB yet] Premium membership is needed for this...
Or update your FL's manually one item at a time..
Or if a premium subscriber you can download/import the data file(s)..

So the only way I can download a full National database would be through the usual Monday uniden downloads? (which are not currently being done)

That is correct, or use another scanner software solution that incorporates the full RR DB.

If the updates have not happened, the process of pulling the RR DB back to Uniden must not be automated to some extent or the automation is down.

All the ARC ones for DMA and HP style scanners, Freescan, ProScan can do interesting things. But you have to subscribe to rr to do most of the interesting things.

ProScan doesn't import from the Uniden server however it can import from the Sentinel (HPDB) database files on the hard drive.
ProScan can also import from the RRDB database (RR subscription required).

just got off the phone with uniden factory repair center, they say one of their techs tested positive for the corona virus so repairs will be delayed, don't know how true it is but just an F Y I
