I was just scanning Starcom21 and I see Bolingbrook PD is using Law Tac 51 TG 33932 and in the database it says D and it looks like the channel is encrypted just to update the database.

Tac 51 isn't encrypted only PD 5 (33931) is

I have the tac channels programmed in my scanner and when I was scanning it was showing encrypted.
