Seeing a new site 2-64 as a neighbor to the Normal site, control channel is 860.2625. Believe it's coming from Macon County as I can BARELY get a lock on it here on the east side of Bloomington and I'm seeing a lot of traffic from Springfield and Decatur talkgroups. Interestingly enough, I'm showing sites 2-1 (Argenta), 2-28 (Decatur North) and 2-36 (Decatur South) as non-active on the neighbor list and the frequencies I'm showing look like they've come from those sites. So far I've noted these frequencies in use:

851.3125 (from site 2-1)
851.8375 (was a CC for site 2-1, now just a voice channel)
853.9000 (Alt. CC) (from site 2-36)
856.3125 (Alt. CC) (from site 2-36)
860.2625 (CC) (was listed as a voice channel under both site 2-1 and 2-28)
860.4625 (from site 2-36)

Unfortunately can't tell a whole lot else, it's barely strong enough for Unitrunker and DSD to acknowledge there's anything there. I'm a little surprised I can get it at all.

NAC is 143. Site neighbors are 2-1 (inactive), 2-2, 2-3, 2-6, 2-14, 2-17, 2-26, 2-27, 2-28 (inactive), 2-29, 2-30, 2-34, 2-36 (inactive), and 2-63.

This would be a future site I listed one day previously. Either "Macon County" simulcast or Macon County West, covering into eastern Sangamon County.

Not only to help with Macon County, but Sangamon County is bringing all fire departments onto SC21, possibly this year.

This should have already been added to the database, but I don't see a submission for it. I just added it.

We need the site NAC please.

Hearing activity on TG 3877 (clear, no ENC). It's being used by Glenview Police and Fire, and I heard FD Ambulance 14 identify it as "Village Main".
Thanks for the report, TG 3877 has been added to the STARCOM21 database page.

Currently listening to TG 35954 coming over Cook South Site in the clear today and am able to confirm it's FBI Chicago Operations/surveillance through the Unknown TG ranges 35950 - 35962 since they are utilizing FBI terminology such as there CAST Team & the terms "Phase line green, TOC, & Bravo Team" where used on TG 35958 earlier this week

Idk what that means. I'm just submitting what I hear to a public database. I can't control what mode they put it in or what they say over a clear TG. Anyone could have submitted it. It was actively being broadcasted over calls when it was unknown, now it can't be heard with the federal tag
What it means is they're conducting undercover operations involving confidential informants (referred to as CI's), undercover officers (referred to as UC's), phone pings (requiring an active warrant through a federal magistrate), and this is not your average law enforcement activity. If one of the "targets" is aware that a CI or UC has burned them, could potentially put his or her life at risk.

These investigations (there is more than 1), has been active for many months, and I suspect many others here have been monitoring (like myself), and since these are "sensitive in nature", haven't submiited or even discussed it. No, we can't control what's being said via in the clear communications, but we can all show restraint as to what to post for the safety of those involved.

Hope this clears up what I mean.

Hit the nail on the head, I've been monitoring these for a while, but haven't shared due to this reason exactly.

Cadet Class 149 graduated today. 32 probationary troopers will be arriving Monday...new radio signatures to listen for and new radio ID's (for those documenting them).

Troop 3 is using 3-538 through 3-543 radio signatures for the six newly assigned troopers. Radio ID's are in the 10075xx/11075xx range.

The 3-511 through 3-537 troopers are still using their probationary troopers radio signatures and have yet to be reassigned to the non-probationary radio signatures. "Should" start with the 3-415 radio signatures and go from there.

I've been monitoring the ITTF/SWIT talk groups listed in the database during severe storm events. I've noticed many of the IEMA Regions use the "previously listed/old" channel designations and not the currently listed ones. Region 7 calling is referred to as 7-B when calling into NWS-Lincoln. Region 3 Calling is referred to as 3-B, and have noticed others still show both old and new channel designations in the database. Whomever submitted this information, is there anyway to confirm the new "template" has actually been programmed? I self-program and listed both the old and the new and can confirm this.

I’ve noticed this as well. Not many of the agencies have moved with the SWIT Format and is still continuing to use the ITTF Formatting even after the change was published.
