Going back to your list, the Phase 1 voice grants were on a company channel and a fire police channel; both historically tend to have heavy private radio traffic The Bayhealth grant - not sure about that but sometimes hospital owned equipment tend to lag wrt technology upgrades.

Maybe the hospitals are some kind of patch at the hospital over IP that's not as simple as just swapping out a radio? I find it hard to imagine someone standing by a mobile at the hospital waiting for a call nailed to a desk.

They don’t. Somebody in he ER is listening though during their normal duties, and it’s common for an EOC to pre-alert a hospital that a call might be forthcoming. In Maryland, EMRC will connect a field provider with a hospital, so someone at the ER knows to expect / answer a call.

It seems that a system tech is turning on and off talkgroups as something is happening. Milton 85 was alerted for a house fire. The 277 Disp talkgroup sounded the call then went silent but Sussex Fire 3 went active for the incident. Now neither the Disp nor Fire 3 is active. But Kent Fire 1 ( 211) is.

Can you confirm the same RIDs on P25 transmissions and Motorola transmissions?

From what I noticed it looked like the same transmission was transmitted across two freqs, one for Motorola and one for P25. Same RIDs, so didn’t look like a patch.

So far all of the tkgps have been accurate to the predicted p25 tkgps. Yes the voice was transmitting over both systems and did not sound like a patch from the legacy system to the new p25. I preprogrammed my harris unity radio with the new p25 tkgps and it sounds like p25 full volume voice audio. I was using the portable to monitor the new system while using the HP2 to monitor the legacy system. Both transmissions came through at the same time.
