I noticed there is or was a patch up on NCC Fire Tac 4 to NCC IOP 1. I wonder if they will be limiting out of state radios to the IOP zone moving forward.

Also the Kent Center Talkgroup has been being patched to various Kent Ems and Fire Talkgroups. Experimentation or training type thing?

This is on the Motorola system? Or the new P25?

203.
It's safe to assume the TGID conversion method is 100% accurate at this point.
There is a TGID predictions spreadsheet in Page 10 of this forum is what i've been referencing.

Also these fire talkgroups have been being turned on and off in NCC. NCC Fire Disptach has been showing up on Kent as well at times.

Two things...
-Does anyone happen to know what the plans are for City of Wilmington comms? Will they have their own pretty much exclusive site on the new system, or will they be using the New Castle County Simulcast?

-the past few evenings I have had coverage on the new system very similar to the old system. Did a new tower get turned on or is it band opening? I can get it all the way to Mount Laurel, NJ using a Harris Xg-100p.

Hello,

The City of Wilmington Call Sign License KNIA879 is due for renewal May 2025. According to FCCDB, a renewal reminder was sent on February 17 2025.

Anyone know if the new P25 system will use only the 800 freqs from the old system or will it also incorporate some of the 700 freqs from the DelWINN system which I believe is supposed to be decommissioned once the new system is fully up and running?

The new system is reusing the existing 800 MHz channels. DELWIN will remain a separate system.

So the new system is the system that will allow for programming of the Unication G5 700/800? I have mine programmed for MD but want DE for Sussex Fire/EMS.
