Every time you ask, KSP adds another year to the Lexington Area. Looking at 2055 for rollout now... Seriously though, we've been through the same conversation in this thread and forums more times than I can count.

They'll get there when they get there...

The only ones that really know, KSP, MOTO, KEWS, contractors and subcontractors are all bound by NDA's. Anyone else is just guessing.

Was delivering skid freight to a contractor a couple months ago and he replied that it was for the new KSP radio system, so with that I started asking questions. He said they had over 65 sites to work on and they were so busy he didn't know when they would get started.

I know it was 3 and 1/2 to 4 years before the TACN system was complete statewide from the time it was started and that was with some of the sites already working (State Prisions ECT).

I don’t see why they don’t lease space on ku system like Alachua county Florida or like they two counties in Georgia did with the tetra system they used their power company system

For one thing it took a year in TN for a tower owner to get a tower up to Motorola's new standards this time included the inspection the Enginering Study then get a tower company to produce the tower build specs make changes to the tower then the reinspection before it was approved. The new Motorola Specs include new grounding with test records and beefed up Ice and Wind Ratings it is not that simple.
