These might be a good place to start:

136.375 US Customs (AM Mode)
136.525 US Customs (AM Mode)
138.075 Sierra Nevada Corp test discrete (FM Mode)
139.850 Sierra Nevada Corp test discrete (FM Mode)
141.550 Andrews AFB Command Post "Griffin" (AM mode)
143.825 HMX-1 MCAF Quantico VA A-A (FM Mode)
227.125 Washington ARTCC Hagerstown RCAG
235.625 ZDC Blackstone
267.350 Sierra Nevada Corp test discrete-noted in AM & FM Mode (analog & encrypted)
277.350 Sierra Nevada Corp test discrete (AM & FM Mode)
297.900 Pikeside CO WVA ANG Martinsburg WVA
378.100 Andrews AFB Command Post "Griffin"
379.300 ZDC Martinsburg Ultra-high

Also check the FAA sites for the VHF/UHF freqs for Wash (ZDC), New York (ZNY) & Cleveland area and try to figure out which Sectors are within your radio horizon.

It all depends on how good your antennas are.

Cumberland falls almost on the boundary between ZDC (Washington Center) and ZOB (Cleveland Center). The city itself and KCBE is within Cleveland Center but only by a handful of miles. My list might be slightly out of date, but here's the wide picture around Cumberland.

New UAV Sqdn at NAS Pax River

The US Navy commissioned its first unmanned aircraft system (UAS) test and evaluation squadron during a ceremony at Naval Air Station Patuxent River’s Webster Outlying Field, on October 18.

The new unit, Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (UX) 24, flies over 23 fixed and rotary wing UAS including the MQ-8 Fire Scout, RQ-20 Puma, RQ-21 Blackjack, RQ-26 Aerostar and a number of commercial systems.

During the ceremony, Cmdr. Matthew Densing officially assumed leadership of UX-24.

“This squadron centralizes the Navy’s technical excellence in unmanned aviation,” said Densing. “As the Navy continues to require the broad range of capability offered by UAS, UX-24 will always challenge the status quo.”

In April 2018 Chief of Naval Operations, Adm. John Richardson, approved establishment of UX-24 to provide research, development, test and evaluation support for Navy and Marine Corps UAS as growth in the field required establishment of a command dedicated solely to that mission. The ceremony marked the squadron’s official transition from what was formerly known as NAWCAD’s UAS Test Directorate.

Densing previously oversaw the former UAS Test Directorate. Under his leadership, the directorate executed more than 2,200 flight hours and 2,000 ground test hours in support of UAS developmental test.

CAP Activity on 150.5625 PL 151.4 FM

Hearing Maryland CAP mission active with three aircraft calling of various check points. Calling Martin Base (presume Martin State).

Frequency sounds like a repeater but none are listed against this frequency. The Icom is showing the same signal reading for all aircraft which indicates a repeater to me.

Any idea on the input ?

CAP1832
CAP1846
CAP1893

All tracking with ADS-B

Updated callsign list for PAARNG helos:

Agony - UH-60
Bandit - Muir UH-60's
Boise - Counterdrug flights
Defender - heard on Muir Ops, unknown helo type
Ether - heard on Muir Ops, unknown helos
Mystic - Muir UH-60's
Nomad - possibly specific to 2-104th GSAB Co G CH-47's?

They'll also use Guard-##### and HART. The HART callsign is for the state's Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team. I have had the same helos use different callsigns on different flights. For instance, Guard 24597 has also ID'd as Agony 23, Bandit 23, and Mystic 29, at least based on the RID that comes across the 700MHz system on the Muir Ops talkgroup.

I have no idea when/why particular callsigns are used. Mystic flights often appear to be a test flight or training flight, but I don't know for sure. Anybody have any insight into this?

Some of these callsigns are probably associated with the EAATS. Located on Fort Indiantown Gap, adjacent to Muir Army Airfield, the Eastern Army National Guard Aviation Training Site’s mission is to train
Soldiers, pilots, aircrew and mechanics to operate and maintain utility and cargo aircraft including
the UH-60 Black Hawk, CH-47 Chinook and the UH-72 Lakota.

A lot of these callsigns could be Range tactical callsigns when playing up there..
Had a Delaware AANG UH-60 Blackhawk the other day 88-26042 getting Philly flight clearance to Harrisburg as GUARD 26042
Assumed headed for the Ranges up there. Was rtb about 4 hours later.

ASCOT 20 presume helo based on altitude, transiting through Dover then to Atlantic City air space enroute to ship off the coast in W107. Hear them on 243.550 AM mode talking with what appeared to be a radar control (aircraft heard only they were very weak due to altitude). So I presume 243.550 is one to watch when higher altitude fighters are interacting with the naval vessels off the coast.

Nice catch Terry.. Read recently though can't find article that a couple
of RAF Choppers from the Carrier QE were gonna train out of Pax River for a while.
Maybe Ascot 20 headed back to its carrier..
You logged (43C070) ZJ121 ASCOT 20 Merlin HC3 last Month.. The other was ASCOT 21 ZJ120 :)
Maybe they turned off mode s recently while playing war games.
