Thank you Ron. Unfortunately they're in Canada now (see my updates above) But I'll put your freqs into the scanner and try to catch them on their return trip.

Yesterday (June 23rd), I caught the MD A-10s on their return flight from the Bagotville airshow through Maine to their stopover at Hanscom AFB (KBED) in Massachusetts. They used 266.6 again for A-A chatter. Was able to listen to them for about 20 minutes. Thanks again everyone for the freqs. Very much appreciated!

2 OH F16s went there also. Must have been a ground display. Had another callsign too that went there also. Panama 01 was the callsign. They both contacted Montreal Center on 245.000

Thanks Chris. Yes, I saw the live video feed from the airshow and you could see the two OH F-16s on display back to back. There were two MA F-15s there also on the same display back to back on each side of the F-16s. I watched the F-35 demo live on youtube. Fantastic!! Can't wait to see it in August at Stewart ANGB (KSWF) airshow!

Chris, all,
Just went through today's recordings and caught PANAMA 01 in the descent from the North through my area to land at Pease (KPSM) Looks like he stopped there for a bit then took off again to head home.

Here's my PANAMA 01 recording logs:
1417z 381.200 (Old Portland A/D) passing 17,000 to 11,000
1419z 353.900 Portland A/D down to 4,000 inbound Pease.
1422z 269.400 Pease A/D to 4,000 initial runway 34 at Pease.
1635z 263.050 check in with ZBW, passing 8,000 for 10,000. Climb to FL230.

So who was PANAMA? Anybody know?

The only PANAMA 1 I have logged is (0C204E) EMB-135J S/N HP-1A of Panama.
Sort of their AF-1 plane but your hearing on UHF so prob not likely and also not mode s logged out East
for quite a while unless they got a new jet from Bombardier.

Off topic I did log a A-29 Super Tucano today (AE574A) 1810z #13-2020 FL level 18k from 81FS Moody.
They normally stay way down South in Ga and Fla.. Hearing rave reviews of this poor man's A-10 type :)

Guys,

I have PANAMA callsign as F-22, 27th/94th FS Joint Base Langley-Eustis VA . Just guessing but would think that Panama 01 could be Sqdn commander.
Rgr Ron now I know where I heard that before,in the offshore areas last year heard Panama flight :) DOH!

I don't have a callsign for the A-29 yet as had only mode s and not radio.. One Moody A-29 that crashed at Moody in Spring of 2017
was using callsign BRONCO 92 so would add BRONCO as 81FS A-29 callsign.

Speaking of odd callsigns out in Pacific Northwest there is a comedian flying a DHS B350 N151Q
used mode s callsign last week FLTHEBRN and today DRAFTHRC. Guess he/she likes getting reactions course
is in Seattle area so maybe making friends :)

I was just going through my box of photos and came across these I took on the way to a high school field trip in '97 while passing Wallops Island. I had no idea was I taking a picture of at the time or that I even had these.
VC-137C, not sure which one.

Just heard CG helo #6033 land at Andrews. Last time he was noted was in 2018 at CGAS Traverse City MI.

He was using the normal approach freqs and not the Wash helo freq & sounded a little unfamiliar with the ADW procedures so maybe he's down this way to participate in the 4th July flyover.

Also CG 6553 normally a Florida Chopper now since June 24 been Va Capes area.
Maybe Elizabeth City CGAS has a couple new rotations or Summer help?
