The controller is working lots of airspace including Philly arrivals (132.525). The planes I hear are in the Pinion SWA4739 and Swann SWA4726 sectors. N495DD while just west of KRIC.

Thanks, I see now it's the published Pinion frequency. I was getting it mixed up with 307.275, that's the unknown/spare one I believe ?

Is there a way on ADS-B Exchange to find out past flight activity at a particular airport?

I use this site. It lets you see planes captured by adsbexhange at bases around the world. This link shows Bangor but you can change it.

Never heard them on 260.900, might have been to low. At 1034 was hearing those chopped coms again on 266.800.
If they do it again tomorrow, I’ll be able to listen. It could be some sort of joint training with EADS because those callsigns aren’t normal for regular training right? Don’t they use numbers like 11 flight, 21 flight, 31 flight, etc.?
